REGISTRATION FORM

Applying to the European Jazz Contest is free and has to be carried out, for all categories, within March 16th 2012.

In order to register it is necessary to fill in the following form in every single part.

After filling in the form you will have to send a demo, containing 4 original tracks at least plus two standards, either in MP3 form to the e-mail address info@jazzcontest.it, or by mail to the address Via Urbana 49/A, 00184 Rome, Italy. The deadline for sendind/submitting the demo is established on March 16th 2012.
